Reservation Form - Third Annual Festival of New Jewish Liturgical Music - June 13-16, 2008

Use this form to reserve and securely pay for your Festival tickets online. Online orders will be accepted only through June 6 and include an "early order" discount. (Sorry, no discounts on "workshop only" or lunch orders.)

If you prefer, you may use our mail-in ticket form or purchase tickets at the door. Credit cards will only be accepted online.

ALL-FESTIVAL TICKET - includes concert and all workshops
(Door Price: $35.00) 		tickets at $25.00
Concert Only (Sunday 7:30 PM)
(Door Price: $25.00) 		tickets at $20.00
Workshops Only (Sunday and Monday) tickets at $10.00

Children under 16 are admitted free to the concert and workshops.

Optional Kosher Lunches are available for Workshop Participants on Monday and Tuesday. Lunches must be ordered in advance.
