WSJL helped Ripon College commemorate Passover by sponsoring a concert and lecture by Milwaukee-based folksinger Lil' Rev.

Jeremy Aron - October 2007

In honor of Israel's 60th birthday, Melitz educator Jeremy Aron gave a Shabbaton at Congregation Sons of Abraham, La Crosse. He spoke about "Arabs in Israel: A Citizen's Perspective on Life in Northern Israel following the Lebanon War of 2006."

58th Annual Wisconsin Institute of Judaism - August 9-12, 2007

Hazzan Ramón Tasat of Shalshelet spoke about Jewish music and Professor Emeritus Norman Roth of UW-Madison discussed the Golden Age of Spain at the Perlstein Resort & Conference Center in Lake Delton, Wisconsin.
